The purpose of this notice is to explain the information we may collect from our website (www.nslfunds.com), and how we may use it.

Information We Collect

In the ordinary course of business, we may or do collect, retain and use information about (prospective) investors' financial situation in order to service them as well as we can. This data is collected from several sources including information we receive from our clients in writing, in person, by telephone, electronically or on applications or other forms. It may include information about their assets, their income, and their indebtedness; information about their transactions with us, our affiliates, and others which may consist of information about account balances and counterparties to transactions; information we receive from credit reporting companies such as credit reports; and information collected from the Internet.

Information We Disclose

We do not sell any information about our (prospective) investors. Only upon our investors' specific request will information such as name, income, and assets be shared with our affiliates, for marketing purposes.

From time to time, and when we deem it necessary to facilitate the handling of our relationship with our clients, we will share appropriate information with third parties as permitted by law and subject to applicable mandatory confidentiality obligations which apply in certain jurisdictions. We only share information that is required for third parties to perform their job. For example, we may disclose information to third parties such as data processing providers for statement mailing and check printing, and securities broker dealers when using them to execute orders; to government entities in response to subpoenas; and as otherwise requested by our (prospective) investors.

In this regard, we may also disclose information such as name and address to non-affiliated companies that perform services on our behalf. These companies are obligated, under contract, to keep the information we provide to them confidential.

Security of Information

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard our investors' personal information.

We have strict internal policies against unauthorized use or disclosure of client information. Our investors' information is accessible only to staff that need it to conduct our investors' financial affairs or provide services to them.

Our staff and employees are governed by a Code of Ethics and are reminded on a regular basis of their obligations with regard to the confidentiality of client information through employee training, operating procedures, and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time and will notify you of changes.
